Why we released the Ordinal CryptoSkulls collection and why it is important.
Despite the hard times for the NFT space, we continue to build and move forward. Currently, we have one of the most stable NFT collections in the market and a wonderful, friendly community that many competitors admire. The development of the game "Gold of Skulls" is in full swing, all planned goals are being met, and the game's funding has not been reduced by a single cent, despite the loss of royalties from secondary sales. We are working on brand recognition and its promotion in the crypto sphere. We do not want to remain on the sidelines of technological innovations, and considering it wrong to ignore the emergence of Ordinals in the Bitcoin network, therefore we have launched a public mint of the Ordinal CryptoSkulls collection, consisting of 2009 tokens (in honor of the year Bitcoin network launched).
The collection is thematically similar to the original CryptoSkulls collection, however it is not a clone. It is presented in a color palettes of the original and modern Bitcoin logos. In addition, some pixel art visual elements and traits can be seen for the first time in the new collection. This collection is pure art, it is not carrying any utility or functionality. It has the sole purpose to immortalize CryptoSkulls in the world's first cryptocurrency blockchain network.
It's attracting new eyes to the collection and to the brand. To the history of our collection on the Ethereum network, to the global happenings taking place here and now, such as the creation of the Gold of Skulls game, the planned migration of images on-chain on Ethereum, and DAO initiatives. Moreover, the Ordinal CryptoSkulls collection has its unique features: a small size, minimalist palette, perfectly reflecting the spirit of the world's first cryptocurrency, as well as new elements: a skull crossed with the Bitcoin symbol, horns, demon eyes, vampire teeth, and more. Some skulls are painted in the colours of the contemporary Bitcoin logo, and they are quite rare (so far, no such skull has been minted). The Ordinal CryptoSkulls collection will not have utility; it is exclusively art, minimalist, with a twist, and with history.
